Focused conversations on talents and values, vision & purpose, communication, delegation strategies, ways to manage innovation and change, and other helpful topics to help create your own formula for leadership!
Our 2 part approach to development includes group workshops and individual coaching. Cohort workshops create higher engagement with leadership concepts as participants learn together and from each other. Individuals schedule their monthly coaching sessions to address their unique needs for planning and implementation.
Leaders participating in cohort workshops receive valuable resources that work together to build a portfolio of strategies, frameworks, and action steps. Workshop discussions illustrate practical applications and sharing points of view develops deeper understanding of relevant uses for resources.
Individual coaching conversations provide dedicated time for processing, selection, and planning to empower progress.
