Our lead facilitator runs our courses and custom workshops for teams and organizations. For several years Haley Bengtson has brought her experience on teams from finance to public service to support the collaborative efforts of others. Interested teams can talk to Haley, our performance coach, to determine the best way to meet their needs.
Perhaps an outside facilitator is needed to set norms, clarify expectations, or support difficult conversations. We also have several existing courses that can be facilitated on-site, at our offices, or online.
