Consultant Office Hours
Modeled after university professor office hours, this innovative approach to development focuses on just-in-time support. Our model addresses unique challenges within the organization by providing an external, confidential listener for individuals to navigate expectations and tensions while encouraging them to understand, apply, and grow their talents in the workplace. Perception Coaching LLC offers executive and performance development office hours.
Internal Coaching Program
